Purchase Checklist

Thank you for choosing Monterra Credit Union! We appreciate the opportunity to provide financing for your home and value your membership. The following documentation will be required for your loan request (additional documentation may be required):

• Purchase Contract: Signed purchase contract and Title/Escrow contact information.
• Pay-stubs: Two most recent pay-stub(s), covering the most recent 30-day time period. 
• W-2s: Last two years W2's (or 1099's if applicable) forms.
• Social Security, Pension: If applicable, the Award Letter from income source detailing your benefit amount and duration.
• Tax Documents: Last 2 years Federal (form 1040) tax returns with all schedules.
• Profit and Loss Statement: Year to date profit and loss statement may be required for all self-employed borrowers. This document must be signed and dated.
• Mortgage Statements: Recent mortgage statement on all mortgages that are outstanding for all properties you currently own.
• Bank Statements: Two most recent consecutive bank statements, please include all pages.
• Homeowner's Insurance: Current Declaration Page that includes address of insurance company-agent and policy number. If the property is in a flood zone, please also provide a copy of the Flood Insurance Declaration page.

Refinance Checklist
